All our products are safe to use on your kids. They will help them relax during the evening after a busy day and reduce growing pains by offering a good magnesium boost.
To start, we recommend applying two sprays of our Magnesium oil to their feet for the first two weeks, and dilute with water (50:50) until they have adjusted to the oil. Once they are comfortable with the magnesium on their feet without dilution, apply two sprays to their stomach as well.
